First, I saw this product in the gym by another lifter. I asked him what it was and he pointed me towards this. He allowed me to sample the grip it provides for Deadlifts and it was quite helpful. Now I got my own sack of chalk and life is good. Try it out. It coats easily and works great.

Excellent chalk. Good grip throughout

This absolutely does what you need it to do. Especially in the gym, it’s a good size ball all you gotta do is squeeze it a little bit and it covers your hands and then it transfers to the bar your benching, hanging on or pulling and you get a much needed better grip. I like that it’s in a bag because it doesn’t spill everywhere it’s pretty neat and I hang it in my gym and just squeeze it when I need some. This one is decently priced, very easy to use and looks like the bag will last a very long time, very good quality. 5/5

The item is packaged very nice. The quality of the materials of the chalk sock itself are nice. The reason i gave it a 4, i would have given it a 4.5 but when i first opened it, i decided to open the sock to see the chalk inside, which seems of great quality. Well then i pulled the tab on the draw string to close it back up the small black tab came off, i thought maybe it wasnt secured when assembled so i put it back on and closed it tight as it should have been, however ive used the sock a few times to chalk my hands when i work out i sometimes grab the tab and gently pull it to make sure its grabbing the draw string and it still falls off, the only reason i think thats not good is because when i have to refill the sock ill have to draw the string and its no big deal but i think the tab will come off which is not annoying but just a thought. Seems like it could be just a defected pull tab but overall the product is great.

Works great! Standard size chalk for a typical chalk bag. Easy to pop in the bag and lasted well.

Not messy at all,doesn’t spill or anything.Just tap it against your hands and it releases a bit of chalk.Good quality and size.This is the first chalk I’ve ever bought but it seems pretty good to me.Provides a good grip and stuff👍

Bought for a gift and was fine.

Cumple justo con lo que se espera de una buena tiza: mejorar el agarre y ayudar cuando sudan las manos. Es útil sobre todo en dominadas, barras, peso muerto o escalada. La recomendaría a quien entrene en serio este tipo de ejercicios, porque ahí sí se nota de verdad; para uso ocasional quizá no sea tan necesaria.

It’s a bag of chalk. I use it for my heavy deadlifts and it’s fantastic. Be careful hitting the bag too hard or you’ll get it everywhere. My daughter loves it for gymnastics as well. The bag is handy as it keeps the chalk contained unless you’re careless with it.
