IT does do proportional and exponential steering, But beyond that, I would recommend downloading the manual for radio, and double check it there. My best advice. I bought more receivers and had 4 models programmed. **Q: will this transmitter and reciever work with exceed forza model # 51c812? as long as you put the reciever in right?** A: Yes **Q: Can it bind to other receivers** A: I did get it to bind with a duratrax R240F receiver by Futaba and I believe one other futaba. Don’t remember what it is but it’s a dual antenna one I took out of one of my old rc planes. But for the price and performance of a Flysky receiver you can’t go wrong with them. I have yet to have any glitches or range issues.
