My friends and I used them until they were completely unusable anymore by wearing the same one over again until it wore out. They lasted about 4 wears (as in wearing them 4 times) or so each on me (I used 2 of them, friends used the others), but my head is a bit bigger than the average persons, so that is normal for me. I don't know how long they lasted on my friends, as we didn't keep track, but they worked perfectly.
