Fast, easy and delicious
This is not as good as fresh cooked quinoa but it is fast and with just a little extra effort, it will rival fresh cooked. I chopped up some onions and cooked them just a bit in the microwave. Added chopped figs (dates would work just as well), sliced almonds, chopped dried papaya, a little salt and pepper and had a very filling meal that tasted good and was ready in 5 minutes. It can also be stir fried like rice, added to soups or stews or eaten right out of the container. More healthful than rice and easier to fix. I would recommend this quinoa to anyone.

An easy way to add quinoa to your diet!
This is even easier than the Steamed Brown Rice Bowl, Organic, Microwaveable, 7.4-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 12) . You don't even need to heat it up! Just open, and put on a plate. No boiling, cooking, etc. I tend to like it warm, however, so I throw it in the microwave for at least 30 seconds after opening. The awesome thing about Quinoa is that it's both a complete protein, and a carbohydrate (though, oddly enough, someone told me that it's technically a fruit). This makes Meatless Mondays much easier to accomplish: if you get some Pacific Natural Foods Light Sodium Organic Soup, Creamy Tomato, 32-Ounce Cartons (Pack of 12) , throw in some frozen broccoli, and one of these Quinoas, and put it in the microwave for a few minutes, you have a quick, easy, and healthy lunch!

may be an acquired taste
The more I've eaten this, the more I've grown to like it. High fiber and quick cooking in microwave make this a very good pantry staple. It's filling and satisfying. I like it best when combined with stronger-flavored foods. The slightly sour flavor goes well with salads and other foods with vinegars, and whenever you want a discernible tang added to your dish. I am curious about the ingredient glucono delta-lactone. Is this a gluten? Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. Would be happier with consistently low price on subscribe-and-save.

Wasting Money with this product...!!!
Since Costco don't have this product, I decided to buy from Amazon in order to ship to the military. This cooked quinoa tasted TERRIBLE (sour & salty or something....!), why using 10% salt...? I prefer to cook the fresh quinoa made by "Bob's Red Mill Organic Grain Quinoa" from Costco, it is very delicious. Costco Cooked Brown Rice (6 packs) made by [...] is very delicious and cost only $6.99. This cooked quinoa(12 packs) from the same company cost $20.31...!!! I NEVER take a chance buying the grocery online again...What is the RETURN POLICY..??? Well, this cooked quinoa has to donate to Waste Management Landfill... gogo rice Organic Quinoa, 4.2-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)

Delicious. Fresh. A Lightly Textured Grain. Convenient.
I've made quinoa from scratch at home and it didn't turn out good. I tried this and it's great. A nice light texture, mild flavor. Heats in 1 minute. I ordered in September 2022, arrived promptly. Servings expire April 2023. Super convenient. So nice to have on hand to bulk up a meal.

Quick, easy, great
Quinoa isn't that hard to cook at home, but these are perfect to-go. I keep these at work for emergency lunches and have not been disappointed. They are perfectly cooked (not mushy) and a really good sized serving when mixed with something else. Just add whatever flavor you like (I mix in Tasty Bite Spinach Da Heat & Eat Entree, 10 Ounce Pouches (Pack of 6) or something similar), heat in the microwave for a few minutes, and eat. Really convenient and an easy way to add some quinoa to your diet.

Great product for busy people
Quinoa is a relatively new grain to the North American market, but it's an ancient staple in South America. And I'm really glad it's finally gotten popular, because it is an INCREDIBLE source of vegetable protein -- there are six grams of protein in each of these meal-size servings. It has a mild taste, just as rice does. It's a natural grain, and can be the equivalent of rice or potatoes in a traditional meal. But, there's so much more you can do with it! I've scrambled it into eggs, to provide more protein and volume. I've added it to soups, I've just heated it, thrown in blueberries, and had it with a little hazelnut milk as a breakfast cereal. I've had it warmed for lunch with a little salsa and avocado on it. I've added it to recipes for breads, muffins, health bars. I've used it to thicken casseroles, it's just a great, all-purpose pantry item. And, it's organic, and fully prepared. I like to mix a pack of this quinoa, with a pack of the McDougall's Lentil Curry that Amazon also carries -- and then I spoon that mix into romaine lettuce leaves, with a dollop of salsa, to make great tasting lettuce wraps for a fun frisky lunch. This ready-to-serve organic quinoa gets five stars and two thumbs up from me.

Easy, but bitter tasting.
It's a convenient way to have quinoa on the go, but the flavor is nowhere near as good as making it yourself. I learned early on, when making quinoa, you should rinse it first to make it less bitter. It tastes like this version wasn't rinsed first, so the flavor is more bitter than I'd like.
