These hurt to swallow.
These are huge and hard to swallow. It actually hurts. I have other large pills but they are capsules and go down easy. These don't and you have to take 4 for the dosage so 4x the pain. If they could coat them with something it would help. Once I'm done with what I have I'll look elsewhere for my refill.

Caplets are large and hard to swallow
I thought it was a good deal for 120 caplets and it was a three month supply. My fault for not looking at the serving size. You have to take 4 caplets a day (meaning: 120 caplets = 1 month supply) to meet the mg noted on the bottle. That may not have been too bad, but the caplets are very large. If you cannot swallow large pills don’t try this one. Don’t know how well they work yet as I just started them. Will update review later.

Too big
So I bought this thinking I would take just one a day I’m still confused on how 4 of them equal out the amount I need. Maybe someone could explain it please. I definitely will not buy again I’m not 4 of these a day
