Q: Why was the box crushed and why were there 18 tips missing. How do I get a refund? This is not good enough

I’ve ordered these 17 times now total (Amazon just told me when I clicked on this item because I love them) and I can honestly say I’ve never had the time or the thought to ever sit and count the filter tips. These are so ridiculously cheap I wouldn’t even waste the minutes you’re now wasting just trying to get a refund. Please get a life, and a hobby or something.
