This gum is great and the taste stays minty for a long time. It is soft with a crunchy outer shell. I usually chew 2 pieces because the pieces are pretty small. It is always fresh and stays fresh in the container it comes in.

I started using Spry gum because I was having some mouth issues, like canker sores and just not feeling super fresh. I wasn’t sure at first, but I saw that it’s supposed to help with oral health, so I gave it a shot. I’ve been chewing it a few times a week, and honestly, I do feel a difference. My breath feels fresher, and my gums seem healthier. The taste is nice, not too strong, and it makes me feel more comfortable around people, especially my partner. It’s a small habit, but it’s helped more than I expected.

I love the mintyness and the xylitol that helps teeth but the gum doesn't last long before you want to spit it out. But I would buy again.

I love this gum, it is sugar-free, but with a safe sweetener. Chewing it improves your breath and your teeth. The flavor doesn’t last very long, but don’t chew it very long. I just needed it to freshen my breath or clean my mouth when I can’t brush my teeth.

I first received Spry gum as a gift from a health conscious family friend. My initial thoughts were, while it is good, the flavor doesn't last very long. I soon grew to appreciate that, as I prefer not to chew gum very long anyway. As a natural product, it is pretty darn good.I typically chew one or two pieces after each meal. In addition to brushing (with non fluoride toothpaste!) you could easily see an improvement in overall oral health. Plus the absence of sugar (and not replacing it with carcinogenic chemical sweeteners) is an added bonus! After I used all 100 pieces from my friend, I ordered this 600 count version. I didn't read the size, and was quite surprised by how large the container is. Obviously it needs to be to house 600 pieces. Definitely not a container you are slipping into your purse, glove box, or pocket by any means! For first time chewers; don't be surprised by how short the flavor lasts. It's not chemicals bonded to resin, so it will not last as long. Probably not intended for people who want to chew gum for a while, but it's definitely a healthier option and should be considered as part of a healthier lifestyle. Overall I am fully satisfied with this product and will be ordering it again!

I am a sucker for peppermint flavoured gum. It's the only flavour I will opt for. I had only tried the brand PUR so far but they were out of stock at the moment. So I was motivated to look for alternatives and I was not disappointed with my purchase. I was a bit apprehensive about the natural peppermint flavour because I have tried it in some other natural foods and it can get very pungent. However I was relieved to find that the peppermint flavour is quite pleasant in this gum. I also like the fact that it comes in a small hard-plastic pillbox that is easy to carry around and pop out to share. It is a bit pricey, probably because of the packaging, so I may not buy it when my regular brand is back but it will do for now.
