Q: Anybody wrap there cold air intake tubing with this ?

You generally would NOT want to use this on an air INTAKE. Heat cycles help set the dangerous fibers in place, otherwise, as mentioned above, it is dusty, flaky, and honestly dangerous for eyes and lung. Without heat cycles to bake the fibers in place, it would never stop shedding. NOT a good idea.

Q: So is this true Titainium wrap, or just fiberglass with crushed lava rock in it?

Titanium is the color. The material is lava rock fiber. Lava rock fiber makes skin itchy like fiberglass but the color will not fade. Thank you.
