Just get metal nibs that won't wear down
Excellent paper-feel matte protector for the larger Samsung tablets. Installation was straightforward (with the usual care for dust). The matte finish cuts glare effectively and gives a pleasant, slightly textured writing surface that works very well with the S Pen—good touch sensitivity and no noticeable lag. Case-friendly and the 2-pack is appreciated. Noticeable improvement for note-taking and drawing compared with glossy glass. Highly recommended if you use your tablet with a stylus regularly.

Great screen
Great, easy to install, comes with a QR code for instruction. Has a Mat feeling, will buy again (if need to).

Exactly as advertised
Good paper feel and easy installation. I’ve used it for about two weeks now and haven’t had any problems with it. I would say to buys extra tips - I feel as though my pencil tip is wearing slightly more that with the regular screen buttt I haven’t seen a largely significant difference in that.

Great for handwriting, with the expected compromises.
I bought this primarily for note-taking on my Samsung tablet with the S Pen, and it definitely gives me much better control when writing. Installation took some patience, but the included alignment stickers and bubble-removal tool made the process much easier. Once installed, the writing experience improved immediately. My handwriting looks much closer to how it looks on real paper, which was exactly what I wanted. And this protector fit my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ perfectly. There is some loss in screen clarity and a slight graininess, which is expected with paper-like protectors. The writing sound is also a little scratchier than I personally prefer, but neither issue has been enough to outweigh the benefits for me. I did have to recalibrate the screen sensitivity of my tablet after installation, to increase touch sensitivity. But it works perfectly fine. My fingerprint sensor for unlocking the tablet has no issues whatsoever, and the tablet has no issues recognizing my finger strokes, etc. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who mainly uses their tablet/devices for handwritten notes.

Not as easy to install as the video makes it look, but fantastic customer service!!
*Update* After posting the review below, I was contacted by the seller and a resolution was offered for my less than great experience. I had not asked for any kind of solution what-so-ever nor did I expect one; therefore, you have recognize when a seller is so interested in every customer having a good experience. So - Customer service +2 Stars So - I was expecting to apply one of the protectors and have the other for anything that happened in the future but I tried to follow the instructional video and there are a few things they leave out. putting the back stickers on and aligning the protector are no problem, but you have to be very careful after you clean your iPad as flipping the protector over actually creates a dust issue on the iPad and leaving a TON of bubbles - the kind that do not press out. Also the squeegee - not the same as the one in the video. It is much smaller, and you need to use the blue side to squeeze the bubbles as the white side scratches the protector. First protector down the drain. -2 stars. Lessons learned - held the protector upright with one hand and recleaned the iPad with the other. I was able to get the protector down without too many bubbles. Be fairly warned, if you are expecting edge to edge, this is not it. There is a small but definite gap between the protector and the screen (see pic 2). -1 star As to the quality of the protector, it does have some resistance though not as much as others I have used before. My pencil does not squeak like others have said. Finger print resistant and appears to work fine. I do not see a pixel distortion issue like others have stated. +1 star. So - above average paper like protector with below average install process and tools. Would I buy again? Probably yes, but more because of Amazon's free next day shipping than the product - - especially since I do not have the spare I was expecting.

Perfect for writing
I absolutely LOVE writing with this material. It was really easy to put on id recommend using the wood block as soon as you put it down it's really good at making sure there's no bubbles. Its so nice to write and draw on and feels way more natural. I 100% recommend if you use your tablet to take notes or for working purposes. I'll be putting this in the other review too.

Feels amazing
Not a proper protection but feels strong shock absorbing and very good to be used with my pencil, feels bit weird on fingers but I like the feeling you get 2 of em and wasu to install if you just play a yt clip, I did return it due to one of em not being applied properly but I recommend it highly it removes that “glass rubbing on plastic feel”

Meh
It’s kind of silly. I’ve had it for a few years now, and now just sorta wonder why. Well, I saw it on a Youtube channel and I’m impressionable. It was an experiment to see if making ipad drawing feel more analog would get me more into ipad drawing, but at the end of the day, it obviously doesn’t change the lossily algorithmic nature of media simulation. That’s not to say that sometimes throwing money at the problem can’t fix it. That’s really just engineering: materials cost money, it costs resources to improve a physical system, to experiment with what could work. But this particular “upgrade” doesn’t create surface relief when you draw or the tactile feedback or scrumptious messiness of real analog mediums. It’s unrealistic to think a screen protector is going to change that; just fulfilling one sensation among many that were absent from the digital experience. I think what I want, and have been waiting for, is actually digital paper. That’s the dream. An 8.5x11” sheet that runs some simple firmware, but you can draw on it, add glitter, fold it into an airplane. Imagine an origami crane that is also a calculator; its eyes are programmable. This product never promised to be that, but I think that underlying desire led me here to the short shrift of modern tech at a reasonable $8 price point, experimenting with the limitations of technology and how to compromise between its conveniences and shortcomings. Borne of a desire for a better world, to exist in some Star Trek-adjacent future where there is a physicality and embodiment to all this etheric computational power. This isn’t that. Doesn’t feel *that* earthshatteringly different either way. Mildly more satisfying to touch. Did reduce sensitivity a bit. Like a “extra ribbed” condom for your screen. 😂 Now, if you’re just a normal person, and you’re dead set that this is what you NEED, for some specific non-sci-fi end, not because a Youtuber told you when you were rendered vulnerable by insomnia and self loathing, then…sure. Blow $8. For what it is, it seems to function. The screen got covered. Let’s attend to the Grid’s lil “ideas” section & address each suggested review component outside of this Macluhanian existential spiral: No bubbles. Clear instructions. Good system for installation. No greasy grubby fingerprints, ya animal. I just don’t see the point in the first place. One of the ideas is “looks great”. I don’t even understand that. Are you trying to impress people? What are we doing here? Is this a status flex? It really doesn’t look like much either way. If it’s about resale value, who’s going to notice? Some high functioning observer, probably. A nitpicking supermom who doubles as a CFO or something, maybe she’ll have thoughts, and they’ll probably be negative but just because it’s unexpected and those types hate anything unexpected except instant subservience. So you lost her. She’s not gonna buy your ipad now. But most normal people are just not gonna gaf, is my guess. Or is this some Venusian quest for aesthetic perfection in your world, where every sense is curated to its most lavish opulence? Then okay, yeah, this feels nicer than the screen without it and keeps those DISGUSTING fingerprints off (lol) but you know…so does washing your hands & wiping the screen. Idk. Whatever. Good luck out there, in this crazy world. I mean, think about the world and human experience and generations who came before us and who is to follow and ask yourself if you really are making any of this better by buying an $8 screen texture for a digital device.

Truly paper like, great price, great instructions
A good screen protector with a real paper feeling, for a very good price. Instructions are clear and comes with all the needed accessories to place it perfectly.
