I have been taking pills twice a day for a long time and recently my doctor cut me down to once per day. My older pill box was rectangular with once side for day and the other for evening. It was old and large and I didn't need 14 days anymore so I was looking for something compact. This one is perfect. I also really like the heptagon design. Very compact. What is really cool is that I stand it up on its side to the day I need to take my pills. Once I do I move it to the next day and I can clearly see whether or not I've forgotten to take them (yeah, sometimes I forget.). Given the price I'd say these are definitely worth the money and worth a try if the shape is appealing to you. I got the black and although I can still see the pills inside (translucent color) but I no longer need to look inside to remember if I took them today - I just look at the day the case is resting on and I can see that from across the room. Recommend.

These are the perfect size. Each slot holds multiple meds but the overall size is compact. I had a two pack of these and they worked so well I got another two pack for my family.

I’m giving this 4 stars because the days of the week started fading after about two months of use. I do wish the paint on the lettering was more durable. That said, this is my favorite pill organizer design. The shape is compact, fits easily in my pocket, and is discreet since it doesn’t look like a typical pill box. If the lettering held up better, it would be perfect. Still a solid option overall.

Not big enough, if you have large vitamins like magnesium it won’t fit other pills with the large pills

These pill cases are GREAT! I've been looking for a smaller, more compact case for my pills and these are absolutely perfect! The lids are very secure. I've had other pill cases and the lids are flimsy and don't lock well. I love the black colour too. Best pill cases I've ever had. Especially since I travel for work and am gone for long periods. These are compact enough to not take up too much space in my toiletries bag.

Does what it should but the days rub off really quickly, this is a constant struggle with these pill boxes.

The pill boxes came already damaged, the design of the pill compartment lid is not very good. The lids are relying on a small plastic tab to hold it closed, which probably snaps very easy, half of them were already broken. I couldn't make the lid to stay closed, so the pills were falling off. See the images, the WED one has the tab but the THU one doesn't have it so you cannot keep it closed.
