Fresh product- awesome flavor
Fresh, very tasty. Packaging is solid. Definitely a high improvement versus the little jars. The flavor is outstanding and really brings my Peruvian dishes to the next level.

I am never disappointed in Frontier Co-op ( employee-owned, I believe) organic cumin seeds, ground. I cook lots of south Asian food, and several Mexican style recipes.

Frontier Co-op is my go-to for bulk spices
I love Frontier Co-op's organic herbs and spices. This cumin was properly ground and packaged, smelled amazing when I opened the bag. I have large spice jars that hold approximately 8 oz each, and I didn't think about that before I ordered. I filled the cumin jar and still had enough to fill another. Luckily had one that also was just emptied so they can be stored in glass instead of in the plastic package. The color, smell, and flavor were excellent. I could certainly tell a positive difference in the freshness compared to the little bit I had left. Very pleased.

Best value for organic cumin
Cumin lamb recipe- cut cubes or slices of lamb, Cover in salt, paprika, garlic, and thyme. Air fryer over parchment paper for 12 minutes at 365 degrees Drain, flip, and air fry for 12 more minutes at 360 degrees The only negative is that it's hard to transfer this into a spice dispenser bottle. I just keep it in the bag and remove with a spoon.
