Love love Love! Not over seasoned. I use it for my fried pork chops and chicken with a tiny bit of extra seasoning on the chops and chicken. It is awesome to make gravy and I still add my own seasoning and chopped onions to the gravy. I always purchase and have to order because it's not sold in my neighborhood! The value for the money is okay!

This is a delicious southern type coating for fish or meat or even vegetables. I was surprised at how flavorful it made my fish. Easy to use, coating stays on & a good price.

This product is great for coating foods for frying but it also makes really good gravy that requires no additional seasoning.

I've been looking for a good flour seasoning to put on chicken when I use my air fryer. Some members of a social media "air fryer" group recommended Kentucky Kernal, so I thought I would try it. The flour provides just the taste/seasoning and texture (like fried chicken) I've been searching for! Even though it's air fried chicken, it tastes and has the crunch of "real" fired chicken without the need for oils. Also, the price was fair for a pack of 2! I would recommend it.

both for pan frying and for chicken salad sandwiches (dipped into buttermilk and then dredged). Now that chicken breasts are as big as footballs, I buy a raw chicken kabob on a skewer at the butcher's counter. This stuff is too salty for me, so I add more flour and shake the jar in which I keep it 'til I get it just right.

It's just regular flour I didn't taste no seasoning
