These water-storing crystals worked exactly as expected. I mixed them into potting soil for outdoor plants and noticed the soil stayed moist longer between waterings, which is especially helpful in hot weather. small bag but you do not need much! These are so cool! I use them in some of my flowerpots that do not have drainage or my 4" or smaller pots since they need watered so muuch more often. These help those plants stay happy.

I have 4 pots of flowers that fit on my deck rails. I use these crystals to help with watering. You need to make sure, however, that when you do plant and use these crystals, that you don’t put the crystals near the top of the pot because they will just blow up and sit on top of the soil. So make sure you put these crystals towards the bottom of your pot. They blow up and water your plants naturally. Your soil won’t dry out as quickly and you won’t have to water as often.

works as it should, was using it when shipping plants but when usps raised prices 4x over 2 years the extra weight made it too expensive. haven't found a good use for it as most of the things i would use it for are sensitive to excess moisture.

A little bit goes a long way. This stuff is kinda fun to use. You can see in the pics and the video how it works. Holds moisture well for your plants. Have been using for a few months and it hasn't changed the color of my soil or the depth, you can't see it if you do it right(not putting it on the top of the soil but a couple inches in the dirt) haven't seen any mold. Have mushrooms in 1 pot but I literally have this in 50 pots and in my garden bed so no fault of this product 😆 😅 have purchased several times and will definitely purchase again when my supply runs low. I buy 2 at a time. Great bang for your buck and helps save on watering. With 90-100° days I can water every other day so a time saver too🧚‍♀️💃🧚

Used this product in my 8 hanging fern baskets and it grew my firns to lush beauties...did not get to water each week and these crystals helped with that. First time trying these crystals and I will continue to use them in my hanging baskets from now on...highly recommend

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Where has this BEEN all of my life?!? I used this originally as a recommendation from a friend to help my plants survive when I go away on vacation. then, I started using it in my outdoor plants and beds, too, as it helps during the high heat of the Carolinas to keep the plants hydrated in the heat, without daily watering. The little gummy beads swell up and store water, and release into the plant as the plant needs them (make sure to follow the instructions- and a little goes a long way). I also use in conjunction now with another Miracle Grow product that i found for my plants in pots- Miracle Grow Moisture Control Potting Mix, also bought on Amazon. These products are worth of the Miracle Grow name and are truly game changers!

Haven't used the product yet, however, it is similar to a product I have purchase before, which worked very well in my hanging pots. I received the product one day earlier than they told me.

Using these to control humidity in a cigar humidor and they work well at holding it at 79 percent. I am using a small dish around 4" in diameter across the top and after pouring enough crystals to cover the bottom of the dish, which is around 2 1/4" across the bottom, when water added the crystals expanded to fill the entire container. They have been sitting in the humidor for around two months now and haven't changed much at all while holding the humidity levels stable. This amount will last me the rest of my life, I can even use these sewn into hankerchiefs and then when hydrated with water you can then drape it around your neck and as they evaporate it cools you without soaking your clothing.
