Vertical Insoles Achilles Shield Sport, 1 Pair

If you buy a new pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star shoes they don't have any cushion to the back of the shoes to prevent blisters during the break in period plus with CTAS shoes not having any heal insole cushion these Veritical Insole Achilles Shields for Sport shoes really perform and add extra comfort during my workouts when I'm wearing my CTAS Mid high top shoes. These are perfectly well made and have enough height that will protect any foot from getting Achilles heel blisters from any non cushion padding and hard plain shoes like any style of Chuck Taylor All Stars.

I purchased these to help relieve pressure for my achilles tendinitis. Placed these in my shoes for an hour and the pain seemed to worsen. The item is as described, however I was disappointed that the "foam" construction was not a gel type or even spongey. It is made from recycled materials (thats what the packaging says)... it reminds me of the foam carton that eggs come packaged in, or a styrofoam take-home container from your local resturant! The measured height is 2 3/8" not 2 1/2" as stated. There is very little lift on the heel (thin and hard). I purchased Dr. Sch*lls gel heel cups and had much better results.

I ordered this and the black version and got the two of the same color. It works and to protect heel.

Got these months ago for my husband’s work boots, he works 12hr days and always on his feet. These are still keeping him from getting blisters and sores on the back of his foot! Plus the seller is pretty awesome, he messaged me letting me know my order was put in a day late and gave an extra pair! If your shoes cause sores and blisters on your heal, these do work!

Not a fan! Maybe they work for some but I felt they put my foot at an odd height in dress shoes.

Comfortable to wear but they move around a lot.

WOW! I had achilles surgery 5 months ago. I have not been able to wear closed shoes in over a year because of achilles pain - before surgery and scar tissue/friction pain post surgery. These shields are an absolute GAME CHANGER! I admit when I first received them it looked like flimsy foam but as soon as I tried them in a pair of my sneakers I could not believe the difference it made. I could walk, it did not rub the back of my ankle and seemed to cushion my achilles. I gave it a true test by going for a walk around the neighborhood (something I have not been able to do with proper shoes without excruciating pain). I am amazed. Don't waste another second, if you have achilles issues you need these asap!

My daughter is a fastpitch softball catcher. After her first season on the tournament team, her level of play dramatically increased, and at the same time she started to complain about her heels. We buy her the same top of the line cleats each season, so we were sure that the shoes weren't the problem. We researched for a good pair of insoles to relieve the added stress she puts on her heels as a catcher. We bought these and another style with similar good reviews. These were her favorites by far. She would play as many as 4 games a day and didn't complain from heel pain anymore. These were a season saver!
