If you also have larger pieces like vegetable, large shrimp, etc in your soup then I would go one size up. They still work fine but it's just a little bit harder to get those larger pieces out of the soup. But for small pieces they are great. The quality seems good.

These work great if you need to get just small pieces out like fish balls, etc. For that they are perfect. If you also have larger pieces like vegetable, large shrimp, etc in your soup then I would go one size up.
