Or any exercise in public. It was really easy to put together and I think for the price it was pretty decent.DISLIKED:However, the resistance bands are pretty soft. What I mean by that is that there's not enough resistance when you use the bands.Now, I've never done Pilates before so I don't know if the bands or cables that they have on their machines are like this. Maybe someone else can answer that question.
