SUPER impressed! Box is very well labeled, well packaged and I included several pictures to show just how well they are. Upon opening up, I was impressed with the way everything was labeled, each earpiece had a "L" or a "R" on them. There are magnets inside the case to keep the earpieces in without falling out. Just drop them in their respective spot, close the lid and they start charging right away. There is a light on the front of the case that shows it is charging. Very nice sounding, very clear and crisp sound! They charge in the case, the sound quality is amazing, and the noise cancellation aspect when I need a much needed break from hearing my children after being “quarantined” with them for so long, is an added bonus, plus the option of only having one ear bud in at a time so I can hear them when I need to. They were so easy to connect to my phone, and I love that I can skip and replay songs, answer my phone, or ignore phone calls with just a tap of the earbud. I’m also super sensitive to things in my ears and these are incredibly comfortable, I hardly feel them.
