So far, fantastic jacket, second to none, of course when buying just remember this is an outer layer, it’s got fantastic wind and water proofing but not too warm, for anyone new to this type of HH kit its designed to be the outer part of a layer system that would need the Mid and base layers for cold weather. I would say though the stitching on the cuffs was a bit frayed but not majorly overall very happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for money and quality *by K***T on 20 October 2023* First I’m a 5’2 woman. After buying a women’s jacket and sending it back, as too small I opted for this one.It is a bit big, but I like it like that, as can layer up in winter no problem.I like that it has a reflective patch on each arm, has 2 storm flap pockets, with pockets on side of them, another 2 pockets on front and one inside.It’s nice and warm, and arrived in time for the bad weather that we have just had, so nice and waterproof too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good jacket *by M***H on 12 November 2023* I’ve finally had the chance of trying this out during heavy rainfall whilst out walking. The jacket kept me bone dry. I have a 47 inch chest so ordered 2XL. I’m 5.10 in height. The jacket bottom covers my backside. It has a high collar to cover the nape of the neck when fully zipped up. The sleeves have an inner cuff which you can adjust with Velcro straps and so does the outer layers. The hood tucks away in the collar and is adjustable with drawstrings on each side and at the back of the hood to help draw it in. The jacket is well made with a chunky main zip with additional Velcro to seal off the elements. I’ve worn the jacket with a separate fleece underneath and the 2xl size still felt comfortable and not tight. The jacket has side and front pockets of ample size for your effects. I paid £167 for the jacket and I’m pleased the way it performs.
