Absolutely blown away by the quality of these c-clamps. I knew they would be made in China (which they are) but decided to take a chance after ordering some Irwin clamps. Sent the Irwin's back because they were garbage quality. Jaws weren't even close to lining up and joints were loose. These Amazon Basics clamps are very heavy duty and work like the USA made stuff used to. The Amazon clamps were also a bargain at $8.99 each vs. $20.00 each for the garbage Irwin clamps. Can't say enough good about these. If you are in need of a quality made 11" c-clamp, don't hesitate to buy these.

Great for furniture work. Even if you only use these once well worth the cost. I did attach fuzzy chair glide feet to these to protect my furniture projects

I wanted to share my thoughts on the Amazon Basics 3 inch clamps only. I haven't used any of the other 3 inch clamps so I'm not comparing. The only thing I can compare is the price and type. As we know theses clamps are more reasonable than the Kreg and some other brands. I believe the more expensive ones are auto-adjusting. Meaning there's know adjustable screw because they automatically use resistance to self adjust. I currently have installed about 10 pairs of slides with my setup. I can tell you I'm glad I have the adjustment screw because some areas I need more tension on one side vs the other because of leveling issues. The leveling issues are because when dealing with older engineered wood or composite material everything is generally loose in some areas vs others. Obviously solid wood is the ultimate if cared for. My set-up is as follows: Kreg jigs, Amazon Basics 3 inch clamps, 9 inch Johnson magnetic torpedo level (model 1435-0900), Bosch 12v (model PS31-2A) and General digital caliper. The caliper comes in handy for getting the internal measurement of the slide front and back. I hope this information helps!

Really easy to use clamps. Fast and effective way of clamping my work to the tabs on my bench when I'm building various jobs. They have got a tidy,strong grip and are versatile for a few angles but are mostly used for up to 100mm wide,90° holding. The clamp,handles and release bar are pretty heavy duty and they are definitely sturdy enough for use in welding and fabrication. I use mine all the time,so,these are great value for money for me. I highly recommend them. I'm really happy with mine. Thanks !!!

Love these things. Very solid. I like these better than the “automatic” variety. I like the ability to fine tune the tension to suit myself.
