Right out of the gate I cut up a tomato, onion, and green pepper. Very impressed with the quality of the cuts. It didn't tear the tomato skin or leave choppy cut onion pieces. Perfect cuts every time! Setting the knife down I just barely skimmed the edge of my finger and cut it right open. User error, obviously, but learned real quick just how sharp this knife is. Well worth the money! Highly recommend

The MosfiaTa Santoku is a very well-made knife. It has a nice weight to it and is very sharp. I have used it for the past four months and the coating has not come off nor is the knife dull fro it's use. My only complaint is the fact that it didn't come with the finger guard nor the knife sharpener. It only came with the plastic sheath.
