Classic Clay is a great professional clay
Classic Clay can be melted and sprayed or painting on, as was done on the Styrofoam digital enlargement of my monumental piece, or it can be frozen to get crisp detail, warmed with your hands or a lamp to get it soft enough to smooth on by hand . . . and it can be used over and over and over. Great product! No smell! No sulfur! And you get the cleanest carving with it of any clay I've tried. The soft is easiest on my carpal tunnel-plagued hands, but the medium and firm are easily workable if you warm them. I use a Styrofoam cooler with a small light inside it to soften my clay (I put it in a foil pan first so it's easy to lift out). I've also done the double-boiler method using a crock pot with water in it and a glass bowl with clay in it. I have NO complaints about Classic except that I can't find a distributor close to Ohio.
