It's not a flat type of product like would want flat for quilting. Its more for stuffing pillows and toys. It does say "over 150 square feet of snow or cloud scapes on the box."

You will need 28oz per pillow. So you can fill approximately 11 26" pillows per a 20 pound box of fiber

Oh, that would be so cute! There is a lot of filler in the box. I guess it depends on how big your ceiling is. I filled one large sofa (all cushions) 2 oversized chairs and still have a ton leftover. I hope that helps!
