Worked for me
I bought this as I had noticed that I was getting far more anxious than I usually would in situations such as presenting. I've seen a huge improvement from what felt like a fist of ice in my chest to some slight dry mouth. This isn't a cure or treatment, but I feel like it has made a difference in my levels of calm when faced with something I find stressful. I started out with three per day and have since dropped down to one before bed. Have to say that the fact its packaging shows it purely as a sleep aid is also useful as no one bats an eye when they see the bottle. Definitely happy with this and I know that a mix of this and confronting things I find challenging has done wonders for me. Very happy customer.

So happy I discovered Unwind!
I am on my third tub of Unwind. Shortly after taking I can noticeably feel my whole body relax and feel heavier when settling down to sleep. My often anxious thoughts slow down and I sleep well with fewer wake ups. Big thumbs up from me. Really keen to try more products from the range.

Wonder pill
This product is AMAZING!! If your looking for a sleeping tablet to take and be zonked out; this isn’t it. HOWEVER- I’ve been struggling with anti depressant withdrawal among many symptoms I had crippling anxiety, and awful insomnia. I’m now on day 3 of taking these 3x daily and my anxiety has gone, no panic attacks and I’m starting to sleep a lot better. I feel SO much calmer, heart rate a lot calmer and generally feel SO much better. I purchased these as they contain all the ingredients recommended through hours of internet searches to make me feel better. Highly recommend to anyone that struggles with anxiety and stress!!

Game changer !
These have really worked for my night time sleep pattern ! Been a game changer and definitely feel so much better since taking them . I only have 1 a day and this is my second tub so much better than the usual herbal pills that leave me with a muzzy head !
