Betty Bossi Veggie Sheet Slicer, Green, Plastic, Fruit and Vegetable Cutter

This is the coolest kitchen gadget I have ever bought!! It's quite small, fits easily in a drawer, and actually works just as displayed! I made Zucchini into lasagna noodles and they turned out just great, I also used it to make cucumber sheets for sushi (to use instead of rice) and that worked great too. The slices are a tiny bit thicker than I would prefer for sushi purposes, but it still works very well and I think if it sliced thinner, that might make it more difficult to operate. Definitely perfect for lasagna noodle type applications.

Takes a little technique to consistently peel good cucumbers, but once you figure that out, it's Great

The slicer arrived used, dirty with dried vegetable matter, and dull. Very poor quality assurance.

Finally a machine that does what it should do. Just received it and wanted to try it after following the instructions it was so easy to have the fruit sheets I wanted. I tried many different machines and even the ici large peeler none worked as good as this one.

I've only tried zucchini, which the gadget slices super easily without any resistance. I still wish it came with more instructions and tips, like how to pick your veggies, how to cut them to fit, and how to not strip your veggie ends.

This special needs machine exposes a giant extremely sharp blade that cannot be avoided. It says to keep the blade cover on but these absolute Geniuses put a giant tab that makes it so you can't put anything in the machine except a thin object defeating the purpose.... I'm just...wow.
