So many products contain sneaky ingredients that raise blood sugar despite having a zero or low carb count (which can kick you out of ketosis immediately).With that said, let me tell you. Believe the other reviews, and believe the hype. THESE CRACKERS ARE IT! I have only tried the cheddar so far, but they are beyond outstanding. There are two servings in a bag at 2 net carbs each. They taste EXACTLY like Cheez-Its and only slightly less crunchy. It is HARD not to consume the entire bag in one sitting. But even if you do, it's only 4 net carbs and 260 calories. These also do not cause my glucose levels to rise.I hate how expensive they are but they are worth EVERY penny. Nothing else on the market is this good. I have tried low carb dieting several times in the past, but I always find that I miss crunchy snacks (like chips, popcorn, pretzels, etc.) so much! You can only eat so many pickles, right?I've tried crisping cheese in the oven (so greasy) and I've tried several prepackaged crispy cheese snacks (bland and also super greasy), so I was beginning to wonder if there was anything out there that would give me that salty crunch I so desperately miss while low carbing.I ordered this variety pack on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Yes, they're expensive for what you get. Let's just get that out of the way. Each pack has 2 servings and I do find that one serving is satisfying for me, so I'm willing to let the expense slide since I finally found something to stop my salty snack cravings.I first tried the Sea Salt flavor with some Laughing Cow cheese. Not going to lie - I wasn't blown away and I was pretty worried I was going to be disappointed with all of them. The Sea Salt flavor is easily the worst of the three I got, in my opinion. Honestly, I'd eat these even if I wasn't low carbing. A lot of people compare them to Cheez Its.
