I had a previous resistance band in which the handles eventually ripped off. I was not pleased by that band and how I wasn't able to get the resistance I wanted. Sometimes the exercises were too easy and I had to come up with unique ways to pull the band, such as doubling them up and using it on one arm, or holding it close to the handle, etc. Anyways, with this new band I got, I have many different bands to select from. And I am impressed by the handles. They seem quite durable and its very easy to just attach the resistance bands onto them. It goes up to 50lbs and you can stack them, so technically you can go higher. I especially liked being able to use a door as an anchor. I was worried this might damage the door, but my door didn't even budge, so it seems safe. I have some metal bars by my stairs too, though, and I used the ankle latch to tie my band onto it. It seemed much more durable and I was happy that this kit has so many different attachments that you can come up with your own little tricks like this. In conclusion, I had purchased a $14 dollar band several months ago that the handle came off on and I couldn't customize it to my liking. For ~$30 this kit has much more value with all its accessories, seems more durable, is more versatile, and overall is more worth it.

So I've been using this set for couple weeks now and everything has been working great. I workout at home still with few dumbbells and a bench, so this was a great addition to my workout. Just what I needed for extra resistance, the bands hold well very sturdy and thicker than other ones I've bought before. They go up to 50lbs which gives a big effort and resistance for your muscles, plus the added buckles keep it more safe without having to snatch or break, handles are really good wrapped in foam. The door anchor made it easier for me to perform more excersises plus the loop bands which I haven't used before have been great for extra leg resistance. I think this was a great purchase for the value definitely recommend.

First off, this is the first resistance weight training set I’ve used. So in that respect, it seems like the quality is pretty good. The bands and foam handles don’t feel cheap. The quality of the stitching seems legit. The only thing I question— because of my lack of experience with these kinds of sets — is the doorstop. It’s made from foam. Logically, it should be fine, but I think it would “feel” like a better doorstop if it was made from a dense rubber or so. I’ll update this review in a couple months after I put them to use.

Not being able to go to the gym as easily now means that many of us are finding alternate ways to exercise at home. I decided to give resistance bands a try since I wanted something small, portable, and can store easily out-of-sight. In the past, I often felt that bands did not provide enough resistance, but maybe I just didn't find the right ones. These so far have been good, and is easy to add more bands to the handle to make it as easy or challenging as you want. Everything came in a small box, and the storage bag is handy. Usage is pretty self-explanatory, but instructions are included, and also has 10 exercises listed. Quality of the bands have been good so far. They had a bit of a bad latex odor out of the bag, but it goes away. It would also be nice for the exercise loops to have the resistance in lbs instead of Light/Medium/Heavy for reference, but it's nothing a marker can't fix. The door anchor works, but I wish it was longer or adjustable, since we have tall doors. Overall, a good buy, and I plan on incorporating it into my workouts.

This is exactly what I needed! I work out a lot, usually in the Gym. But when I'm out of town for work or on vacation it's not always possible to find a Gym I can go to. This is a very convenient set of resistance bands that you can easily bring along in any trip, or use at home. It has many different resistance levels and allows for many different exercises. The quality is quite good given the price, and it comes with a very handy carry bag. The instructions are pretty complete as well. I would recommend to anyone who would like to have a Gym at home or to carry for trips.

This is a good quality band set, the best I’ve seen. As a PT, I’ve seen the use of resistance bands for many years, and purchased several Over the years myself. This is an excellent set. I am particularly impressed with the bands that attach to handles. They are solid and should not break or come apart. If you are super strong, you can attach several bands at one time! Comes with 4 handles and carabiners. And a fool proof door anchor. Great set for shoulder external and internal rotation from several heights and angles, rows (high, low, mid), and lat pull downs. With gym closures, this is way cheaper than buying a cable weight machine, and a lot less bulky!

This is a quality set of resistance bands. I paid full price for the set and it is well worth it. The handles are comfortable and the carabiner hooks are easy to pop on and off each accessory. I was excited to try the door anchor because now I will have even more workouts to try. I have only one door I can really use it on--the bathroom door. Though I wasn't able to close the door on the strap (loose latch) I was able to place the strap above the hinges. The foam piece is quite large so I wasn't concerned about the strap coming loose. The bag just barely fits all the pieces but I'm not too pressed about that. I'd rather hang the bands and use the bag for just the smaller accessories. The bands are kind of on the longer side but I'm tall so that works to my advantage. If you're on the shorter side you'll just have to choke up on the bands a bit more. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and potential of this product. With two extra handles my wife and I are able to work out together now. The rubber cords seem to hold up well to repeated use, just don't overstrech them is the key to long life and resilience. Keep the 'hysterisis and low-strain test' to a limit on each band then move to a higher band for greater resistance in your work out. Heat build up due to friction is the determining factor for service life of this product compared to weights. Great product when used correctly. Isometric holds and contractions with bands are a great exercise strategy for developing balance, coordination and speed in certain muscle groups especially benificial for martial arts and or rehabilitation from athletic injury.

Considerato il momento, abbiamo deciso di continuare ad allenarci a casa e quindi deciso di comprare questi elastici! Ci alleniamo tranquillamente tutto il corpo sia io e che mia moglie in quanto nel pacco sono presenti 5 elastici di forza diversa e 4 maniglie! I materiali sono buoni e resistenti e facili da utilizzare, oltre agli accessori classici ci sono anche le fascia elastiche e presente anche le cavigliere e un foglio che illustra i principali esercizi. Per finire una pratica sacca per riporre tutto al suo interno. Consigliatissimo

Compré este producto ya que debido a este momento en el que no sabemos cuánto tiempo estaran abiertos los gimnasios, conviene tenir un buen pack en casa para poder seguir entrenando y manteniendonos en forma! Ya que estoy teletrabajando me convenía poder mantener mi vida deportiva y seguir ejercitándome sin la necesidad de ir a un gimnasio. Comprando este material esperaba poder solventar este problema ya que llevaba tiempo ejercitándome con videos sin usar material y la verdad que echaba de menos poder hacer otro tipos de ejercicio contra algún tipo de resistencia, este pack ofrece muchas alternativas con las que poder realizar dichos ejercicios. Las cintas de entrenamiento soportan grandes tensiones y al haber 5 distintas con diferentes graduaciones de intensidad pues es fácil adaptar la carga a cada ejercicio que quieras realizas con ellas. El conjunto de correas apilables más las asas la verdad es que se nota la diferencia entre hacerlo en un gimnasio o así, pero cumplen perfectamente su función y realmente la relación calidad-precio se nota. Lo que si que es importante tener una puerta que cierre bien y resistente para poder usarlo sin ningún tipo de problemas, aunque eso almenos en mi casa no ha sido ningún problema. Por lo que hace a la entrega y el estado del producto al llegar 10/10, fue según lo previsto y todo muy bien empaquetado, se agradece que dentro de la caja viene todo debidamente empaquetado en bolsas con cierre, ya que es la mejor manera para poder guardarlo después de su uso ocupando el mínimo espacio y evitando su deterioro. Ahora ya llevo dos semanas usándolo 3-4 veces por semana y todo el material está como el primer día. Al ser muy completo puedes trabajar todo el cuerpo, lo que podría venir bien es algún manual de ejercicios para gente que no las haya utilizado anteriormente, para que tenga un poco de orientación. Aún asi, yo tenía algunos conocimientos y sumado a videos de youtube he podido empezar una rutina muy completa sin muchas preocupaciones. Por lo que hace al montaje de las cargas apilables está bien explicado en un manual de instrucciones breve, pero visual y conciso, me costó un poco pero a la que lo montas una vez, ya es súper fàcil. Es un pack básico con una relación calidad-precio muy buena, y que cumple perfectamente con su función y que me ha ayudado a retomar mis rutinas deportivas gracias a la variedad de ejercicios que puedo hacer con él, todo lo que podia esperar!
