I am about to buy another bottle. It comes in a plastic bottle, not the best, glass would have been healthier, but heavier in shipping. The red lid is a little weird, it allows too much to pour out at once. I would prefer a smaller pour spout, like you find on cheap domestic soy sauce. But other than a few packaging complaints, the sauce it self is VERY GOOD.
