This is a powder with all of the mineral and supportive properties in a dry form. There is no peppermint or lemon in this. I prefer the powder, not just for the control of how much you use but environmentally. **Q: How long does it take before seeing results ?** A: I noticed an improvement within a few days and a significant change within 2 weeks.
