Sits on top of the stove to steam. As long as you make the mixture right rice flour/ potato flour, or try tapoica. Use char siu or dried shrimp as meat. So good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can make it *by M***Y on November 4, 2023* Nice product. Able to cook the items we wanted to eat reasonably well. Takes a little time to get use to the temperature and tray usage. ### ⭐ Poorly made - Steaming tray leaks and missing screw *by M***P on September 13, 2020* While the design with a removable top lid is great for cleaning, each steaming tray leaks on all 4 corners of both trays provided. The fabrication quality is poor with very sharp edges ... something to watch while cleaning. In fact, after cleaning the leaking trays which made a mess on the stove and ground with batter dripping all over, you can see tiny holes on each corner of the tray. The holes are a result of poor soldering on each corner where the sheet metal folds up to form the tray. To further add to the poor quality, one of the screws needed for a handle was missing. This prompted a trip to a local hardware store to find a matching screw. As such, I would not recommend this specific product. Unfortunately to return this item, you would need to unscrew all the handles in order to be able to repack the parts all back into its original box and then drive to a UPS store to drop off.
