Plug it in and it works, simple as that!
Nothing to dislike, sound quality is good and the noise cancelling is great. Volume control works fine although I do use the PC volume to adjust.

Useless.
Useless, both sets binned within a few weeks - wire came away from one set, cracking on calls on the other. Very poor quality.

Nice Budget Headset
I use this all day in my home office. It's made well and is comfortable on my head and ears. I didn't realize you can't switch the mic from left side to right side, so that's a bit of a bummer. This wouldn't work for someone that has a small head. I think i have an average sized noggin and have it set on the smallest setting and it's a bit loose. The sound quality is good and I like the mute/volume button in the cord. It came with a neat little stick on cord holder that's come in very handy. It was plug & play and was instantly ready to go. I had to adjust the mic volume on my laptop so people could hear me but other than that, it's been a really good headset for the price. I'm happy with my purchase. Cheers!!

Salvada por estos cascos!
Necesitaba comprar unos cascos con urgencia para el trabajo. Al recibir llamadas, necesitaba unos cascos con un buen microfono. Los auriculares New Bee me sorprendieron bastante por el precio que tienen! Son cómodos, ligeros y el sonido es mejor de lo que esperaba. Si buscas unos auriculares sencillos pero funcionales, estos son una buena opción. ;)

Would NOT Recommend
The only way to have sound come out of both ears is to ensure that the headphone jack is not fully inserted into the extender/remote; however the microphone will not work unless the jack is fully inserted into the extender. Very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.
