Thus, I would not recommend taking this if you are also taking medication. He is now taking 2 a day and he has dropped his sugar to 114 on average. Still a ways to go and we are still cutting out grains and sugars, but I am SUPER pleased with this herb. No other side effects have been noticed for him. He does not seem to sleep any different. (I, personally, think he has been more productive since taking it, but maybe it is coincidence?)
