Excellent customer service!
We purchased a "used like new" scooter at a discount, but when we received it, the rear wheel did not spin freely and it was not the 4.0 version with the upgraded rectangle connection. After contacting Apollo directly, they not only immediately sent out a new 4.0 version, but let us keep the older one as a backup! They were wonderful to work with. I did notice some "dings" when my son tried to "stall" on our concrete steps, but that's to be expected with aluminum. Also, the wheels are so smooth and quiet compared to our old rickety razor scooters from years past. We were so impressed, we ordered another one for our youngest son, and Grandma purchased a 3rd for our oldest son. Time will tell just how well they hold up at the skate park next summer, but thus far we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks Apollo for your excellent customer service!

Bought for my 8yr old son as a bday gift. It rides smoothly & he loved the color. The foot rest is a little thiner than he thought but he still liked it.

Bought this scooter for my 5 year old daughter. She loves it! My older boys had this kind of scooter for about couple years and still enjoy it especially at skate parks. Rides smooth, perfect handles grip, breaks work smooth too. Would recommend this item

Small cheap board. Wheels not good quality. Sent it back. Purchased the fusion.

Not the same quality as the other one I bought
I bought my older son a scooter by your company for his birthday and we love it. So when my other son asked for one I specifically wanted this same brand however this one arrived all beat up, the foot stickers are all peeled up and probably not going to stay on at all. Not what I was expecting from the experience with our first. If I knew it would show up like this I wouldn't have bought it. Shame.
