The arm holes may be a little tight for some people, but after a few wears it wasn't really an issue. I've always had trouble finding one small enough. I had one from a more known brand but I had a lot of side spillage; If I went up a size it was too loose around my chest and the material was uncomfortable. This binder is very comfy, does a great job, and is a great price. I recently purchased second one after trying it out for a month or two.
