It takes many weeks to fade and when it does, you're left with that odd coppery color that permanent leaves and a delineation of root growth. It was not "warm mocha brown." It was dark auburn. It left my hair rough and tangly. One thing I like about coloring my hair is that it ends up feeling silky and glossy. This stuff roughed up my hair and no amount of hair masks will fix it.
