I found this product immediately helpful and it brought me relief: - Comfortable material that has some stretch so if feels good to wear. - Velcro "wings" make it easy to put on and take off. - comes with 3 components: 1 - Cloth waist pouch (kind of like a "fanny pack") which holds the inserts. 2 - Gel pack inserts. They can be microwaved for heat or frozen for cold. - size is a good fit for me. I am 5-7" tall. Holds heat and cold for a nice long time and lasting relief. I'd buy this again if needed.

So convenient and effective for icing my back while still walking around and doing household tasks. Stays cold for 30 +minutes and works well for pain management. Have had it for over a year and it’s still in great shape. Ordered one for my son as a gift. It’s durable and the strap keeps it on nicely.

I have had back issues for quite a while now. I have gone through all the hoops to get to a point of surgery. I had major back surgery and this ice pad belt seriously made a big difference!!!! During recovery, ice IS your friend. I didn’t want to keep taking pills as a means of pain relief so have been icing my back along with rest and then walking. It has made a big difference. It’s great that this belt came with two ice packs so I know I always have one ready when the pain is turned up. I am a robust person - round in size, and this belt does fit me fine.

Works exactly as advertised. Instructions for microwaving were very good. Pad heats unevenly, but instructions include techniques to manage that. The heat lasts about 45 min - not as long as the one it replaced, but this one has a much better cover making it easier to wear even when I get up and move around.

Wife took mine on a trip then left it in the hotel refrigerator. I wasn't going to fly back over 1200 miles to get it so I bought it again. I liked it then and I still like it. Had to shell out $20 'cause it was left behind. Yeah, it's durable, good quality, flexible (it fits in a suitcase but in my case only one way). What can I say about clinginess? It is soft but not too soft. Wish I didn't have to buy it again. I mean, who likes to waste money?

Are ALL of these highly rated reviews for real? Or, are they too generous? Although it does work for heating my painful lower back, my gel velcroe pack lasted lest than one month. The velcroe wrap that holds the gel pack is absolute junk (probably made in China). It no longer holds (i.e. fastening grip) around your body (for me). Furthermore, the advertised picture shows a completely different name, and the size implicates it's larger. Wrapped around the woman model's petite body? At least I didn't over pay! There's got to be better out there!

Bought this for my son to use at work. He loves them. They stay in place well and come with two gel packs so you can just swap them out when they need to be refreshed. Very handy. Definitely recommend
