Can you have all assembled at the same time? I don’t see to have enough parts

You can make all of the vehicles. There are 106 pieces in the set. Not a lot to spare, but enough to make all of the vehicles at the same time. I found some of the joints to be a little "floppy," but that's another issue. I used LocTite on the nuts and bolts to keep my grandson from disassembling the trucks right away. It's a pretty good toy for the price.

how big are the vehicles when made up?

L 15cm x H 5cm When built up they won’t all fit in the box supplied Still a Great item for the children well pleased

What are main differences between 24.99 and 16.99 products

Go for the 24.99 it has a battery operated drill for the wheel nuts and screws. It is a no brainier going to 25.99 the child will love it. The ordinary 16.99 is brilliant as well but go for the battery operated drill.

How to open? Arrived promptly but we can't open the new style carry case. Help!

At either side underneath each side of the lid are black clips to undo. Hope this helps
