I like the results of this tablet. This tablet is giving good amount of sleep after taking. It is having no flavours. I use this tablet to maintain my sleeping cycle.

I used it for more than a week conclusion- 1. As soon as you take it within half an hour you will start feeling heaviness in your head. 2. Once you lay down in your bed, falling asleep is easy within 5 mins. 3. Docs recommend starting with 0.5 mg melatonin and not going over 3mg initially, it is 5mg. It made me sleep for 3-4 hours continuously at max and after that even if I tried and laid still for next 3-4 hours I couldn’t sleep. 4. As my sleep hours were reduced I used to feel groggy and exhausted whole day and it hampered with productivity, though caffeine helps. 5. Inevitably I had to quit it and the next few days were tough as my circadian cycle changed so falling asleep at desired time was challenging and futile and I started falling asleep way past midnight which again caused into lesser hours of sleep. 6. Post those sleep deprived-sleep fighting days I made myself exhausted in the evening by working out or walking and eating too much and then sleep started going back to it was initially reading a novel at night did the trick for me. So tread carefully with it as it intervenes with circadian cycle and hormonal misbalance.

Breaking it in two I can see the tablet has different color so there is definitely a coating on it. Taking it for two days I'm able to fall asleep, just like other gummies. But the smell is concerning to me. I'm not qualified to talk about any side effects due to the coating, but just be aware that it smells like paint.

It worked but i recommend taking it only on Saturdays or night before off day as it will cause drowsiness and heavy head full day, same drowsiness like other medicines cause. It will NOT make you feel refreshed but it's effective if you can't sleep well. Look out for allergies, thankfully no allergies but little itching for an hour over face. If you already have skin issues or breathing issues please never use it. Overall, effective, peaceful sleep. Taste ok, energy level less after taking it for a day. Smells like other tablets nothing unusual. Try following natural ways side by side like meditation and Yoga, it's much safer than these tablet. Just take this tablet whenever you feel you can't sleep at all or too tensed to shut your brain off for sleeping! Otherwise it can cause dependency and addiction. I recommend using it once a week or month.
