Is the container BPA free?

If I heat this and only want to use half, can I store the rest in the refrigerator to be used about 2 days later?

Yes. It seems to heat up well after refrigeration.

How do you store this rice before cooking..?

In your pantry or wherever you store other dry goods. It needs no refrigeration until after cooking.

Is there a variety pack of verter rice available?

Verter rice doesn't exhist. Veetee rice does not make a variety pack although you can buy the flavors you want to try individually at at your local walmart.
