Great but difficult to take
These pills have me feeling great. However these pills are HUGE and they have that gross "vitamin smell". Wouldn't recommend taking them unless you're an expert at taking pills or plan to crush them up or something.

Feel a difference if I've run out & gone a few days without it
Glad there is a diabetic-specific multivitamin on the market that doesn't break the bank. Seems to be effective because the times I've run out and had to wait to get more I started not feeling as well in little ways like having less energy. Have never liked the taste of uncoated vitamins so I don't like the taste of these. It's not enough of a deterrent to stop taking them though. If they were coated I'd like them better is all.
