Q: With on of these fitted to a 3s 18650 battery , can i use a 12v charger designed for SLS battery will the board cut the charging off when its reached

I don't believe you can. My board is used to charge a 12.6V 18650 battery pack with a similar output battery charger

No you need a proper BMS controller for solar panels.

Q: Could anyone tell me the low voltage cutoff point?

It’s approximately 3.4V lower and 4.2v for the high point per cell. So x that by 3 to get the value. 10.4 & 12.6v for a 3S charger.

Hello, this can not be charged, the input voltage is DC 12.6-13V
