Very sturdy. Fits my gun well. It is easy to sight in mounting is easy to do. It is accurate. Its features are a green dot only but has adjustable brightness. Buy it it's good best name brand

As much as I dislike buying foreign made products, Holoson makes solid red dots at a great price point. This reflex sight is well built, mounted fairly well, and functions as expected. This one is mounted on a Ruger Mark IV via an additional pic rail mounting plate. The 2 moa green dot is perfect for plinking. The small dot has been effective for trick shots like splitting playing cards and shooting asprin off golf tees. I wouldn’t suggest putting the 2 moa dot a carry pistol. The dot is just too small to pick up quickly in a high stress situation. My recommendation is getting the same sight with the 6 moa dot for carry applications. After 30 rounds the mounting bolts backed out significantly despite being torqued to spec. Thread lock remedied the issue, should have applied it the first go around.

In my rigorous search for a highly reliable optic, I carefully compared several options before ultimately selecting this model. I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The green dot stands out for its exceptional clarity and functionality. It remains perfectly centered without any drift and maintains an impressive brightness that is highly visible even in direct, glaring sunlight. It has held its zero consistently through heavy and repetitive use, demonstrating excellent durability and reliability. As expected. Holosun is a reliable brand. Features are great with the shake awake. Mounting was super easy with the right base plate. Had a nice fit and a big clean window for target acquisition. Looks great!

Received a little over a month ago. Haven’t had a chance to take it to the range yet, I know I know, but so far dry firing it and using the optic to rack my slide I’m impressed. Dot is nice and bright and the shake awake feature works as advertised. It’s on a 10 minute auto shutoff and I’ve confirmed that it works and that it snaps back on instantly when you pick up your pistol. Build is great. No scuffs, dings, or anything of the sort. Have it mounted on a Gen 6 19. I’m using the plates Glock includes in their box and I had zero problems mounting it. Holosun includes screws so you just use those.

I chose Holosun because I've used their products for years. I prefer the green dots to the red ones, and Holosun offers many green dot choices. To me, Holosun is a mid-tier sight makers, not the top end of the price point, but not bargain-basement, either. For a potentially life-saving tool, it's something I'm willing to pay a bit more for, but given my good history with Holosun, I am satisfied that these will work if I ever really need them to work. I probably own five or six Holosun sights, which speaks volumes.

This is my 1st venture with a red dot sight for a handgun. It's rugged, and get's the job done. In my opinion it might be worth spending $30-40 more and get the 507 that has the circle and dot. With the small dot, if you move your head the dot moves around a lot. Only put about 100 rds down range with it, still gonna take some getting used to it. I do recommend putting locktite on the screws.
