I've owned them for years, and they're solid as a rock. They take a beating (or so I'm told by other musicians; I'm kind to my keyboards) and keep performing. But the key to finding the Yamaha for you is knowing what you want to get out of it. I can quickly arrange the songs I write (or save settings and create playlists for cover tunes I like to play), and I'm thrilled with the SX600's advanced feature set. (Being able to play the full keyboard as a solo instrument while the SX600 intuits my chord progressions from the notes I'm playing and automatically translates that to the accompaniment is just the thing I've always wanted in a keyboard!)
