Very easy to put together, sturdy, hold full sized towels. Looks great and I love that the 3 bars can move to fit the space I need.

Easy to assemble, looks nice in the bathroom, and works great for hanging up wet towels after a shower. Ours arrived with a small dent and a deformation in the stainless steel base, but rather than return it, we just faced that portion to the corner - unfortunate, but not worth returning.

This towel stand was pretty easy to setup and is fairly sturdy with 2 - 3 towels on it. The black finish is pretty good and seems like it will hold up well if it doesn't get scratched. The reason for 4 stars is the arms can be a bit longer. If you have oversized bath towels, you'll have to fold them into thirds for it to fit within the arm length. If you fold it over once, it'll stick out a few inches. Other than that, it's a good value for what I needed it for.

This is my second towel rack. The first lasted about five years before each of the arms broke off. (Not the sturdiest construction, but for the price, not bad.) My complaint is that the base on this second rack came incredibly dented. I tried contacting the MyGift support email via the one they advertise on Amazon, but they haven't returned my email in over a week. All I need is a new base cover, and nothing else. I emailed back but have had no response. Not sure if it's worth returning, considering this cost less than $40. But would I buy this again? No. Below is my original review from the first rack: This is exactly as advertised: For the money, I’m getting a taller towel rack that looks nice. My bathroom is configured weirdly and I needed something to dry my large towels on. This is tall enough so that they don’t touch the floor. The base is weighted—not heavy duty, but strong enough—and holds two wet towels easily. It’s also easy to assemble and took me about ten minutes or so.

Ok, overall, this does what we needed it to do, I like the height as it keeps our largest towels off the ground. That said...the little end "balls" that you put on the arms...just sit there...they don't screw in, and they come off EASILY. If you have young children, I CANNOT recommend this item at all due to that fact!! In addition....while the box looked to be in perfect condition...the base had a giant dent in it...not exactly what you would expect from stainless steel. Because of the dent...it ends up looking a bit cheap. The metal itself is actually quite thin. IF you are a visual person, then it is fairly easy to put together with the unmarked parts and washers, but if you are not good with visual representation, then assembly might be tricky. The instructions also do not tell you to put the end balls on the arms...just shows you a picture of the final product and you have to figure that part out yourself.

I bought this to put in my closets. I used this to hang clothing you normally would drape over chairs, end of bed, dresser top...like that lounge pants you plan on wearing when you get off work etc. Very handy. Stand was easy and quick to assemble. It's steady when placed on tile, but on carpets it can be wobbly. The handles/bars swings out smoothly. The chrome is chrome...not high end and typically what you expect. Still a great item for the price.

We needed a freestanding towel rack that didn't take up much room and could hold multiple thick bath towels. We were so impressed that such an unobtrusive stand could handle the weight of the wet towels and not topple over. This was a great purchase for a guest bathroom.

Item arrived in its original packaging inside an Amazon box - no signs of damage. On opening, base was dented and the plastic globe top had a rough surface and chipped 'chrome'. It was bought in the UK but had to return it to US with all customs paperwork, repackaging, taking to dispatch office kerfuffle and inconvenience that involved. If you take my advice you will buy elsewhere.

I had a hard time finding one of these! We had one like it (only chrome) for over 15 years. It was starting to show its age and we wanted one in black. I was very happy to find this one at the price ($55). It is a little lighter build than our old one and I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be as stable. Nothing to worry about it it just fine. And it looks awesome! I had no issues putting it together and all the parts were there! Nice product!
