Beautiful, fabric quality seems good, no issues using it for my quilt. Beginner friendly for me! Colors are great, wished a true orang, yellow & black/white was included in the mix. Skip the pastel versions of the ones that were in there but I still loved this. Not the best photo but the spare room it is!

This fabric is for my wife, an avid and experienced quilter. She likes the quality and softness of the fabric, as well as the variety of patterns. Pricing is great! I can't say any more until she actually begins to use the fabric in quilts, but that day is coming soon, and I can hear her gleeful comments already! She has been uniformly impressed with the fabrics she has gotten from Amazon, and, with the variety in the bundles, she will likely buy more. After all, she shares the basic quilter's creed: too much fabric is never enough! Three thumbs up!

These are not fat quarters. They are 10x10 inch squares, roughly 1/4 of a fat quarter. At the time of purchase mine cost .35 cents a piece for 50 pieces. That would've been $1.42 per fat quarter which go for closer to $3.99 in Houston TXso this is a good deal if you're looking for economical fabric for crafting. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of five because the squares are mostly 10x10, but some are a slight bit short although not enough to be a big problem for me. But it does matter if you're in need an exact measurements for a pattern to turn out the correct size. I liked the colours & prints. I do wish there were more purples, maybe a few browns, but over all the colour collection has enough variety I can work with. They're perfect for beginning quilters for practice, or small craft projects, doll clothing, bookmarks etc. There's enough material here to make several pillow fronts, or a small child size quilt/security blanket topper. If you want twin size, you should get two packages. But for the cost, you could easily get enough to do a king size without breaking the bank. I will likely buy again if I need more craft fabric.

I couldn't be happier with these precut blocks. The variety is awesome, not one alike. 50 different pieces of fabric, cut perfectly and ready to sew! I made a quilt with these and added some of my own, it came out so nice, I ordered another 50 blocks. Beautiful fabric pieces, I'm thrilled with this purchase!

I really like the colors in these 5x5 cut squares. It saves me time from cutting fabric myself and they are useful for my sewing projects. 50 cut piece squares.

The good news is that they are indeed cotton. If you need to pre-shrink them before using them, you will lose an inch of both length and width if you wash them in COLD water to minimize shrinking. After washing, you will find that many of them are cut off-grain, some extremely so; if you need to cut large blocks from them, you will lose as much as two more inches lengthwise. They are not tightly woven, which means they ravel a LOT (and shrink a lot) so not the best choice for hand applique. Before washing, the colors are as bright and pretty as the picture portrays them; after washing, not so much, and the more subdued tones now look rather drab. My intention for this product was to make quilt blocks of various designs for a community project, so I can use these for the purpose I intended without having to buy yardage at a store to get variety. Just be aware of the shortcomings. Packages of small cuts from established quilt supply stores would be better quality but also need a longer time to ship, and time is what I don't have right now.
