Would a horn fuse be in this for my nissan 2014 rogue select

This set has 3 different sizes (standard, mini, low profile mini). 2013-2018 nissan models used both mini and low profile mini so your horn fuse will be in there somewhere.

are these compatible with a 2007 chevy tahoe?

Based on the fuse diagram found in the owners manual for a 2007 tahoe, this vehicle will have both the mini and micro 2 fuse types. This kit only includes the mini, you may want to search for a kit that comes with the micro2 and mini fuse types.
