I really enjoyed this syrup. It is light and sweet but not overpowering to the food. I use it to sweeten matcha lattes and on pancakes, crepes. Delicious! I used to use store bought dark grade but it has a very strong almost molasses taste that erased the taste of the food itself. It’s pricey but lasts.
