My most comfortable sandals
I wear an 8, and ordered these in a Med. They seemed a little short in the heel when I first tried them on (I think my right heel was right at the edge of the shoe), but I was sure the Lg would be way too big, so I kept them. The arch support hit right at the front of my heel, and that was a little uncomfortable for a week or two. But, as I have stretched into them, I now have a full half inch behind my heel before the edge of the sandal, and the arch support is not noticable, so I am glad I did not upsize. I carry them to work every day to wear while I am at my desk, and I change into my "fancy shoes" for meetings. If I go a day without wearing them, my toes feel tight, like they need a stretch, and I can really tell a difference. It is a little odd to not be able to slip right into them, because I have to adjust my little toes around the thongs, but that only takes a second. I started using "yoga toes" stretchers when I was practicing yoga, but wearing these is so much more practical, and they are so comfortable. I am so glad I ordered them, and I will definitely be getting another pair for spring. I just wish they came in a style that was a little dressier for office wear, because they definitely get noticed.

Resolved foot issues
Love my sandals. Helped with bunions and hammer toes that were starting. Visibly enjanced the inner calf muscle tone and are very cushy. Wish the toe dividers had a slight less rigid material. They are not uncomfortable but could be more comfortable. Have flat, wide feet. Took

Only shoes I wear at home.
I've been wearing yoga sandals for about 8 years and they are really comfortable and give great cushioning support. That being said, there is a breaking in period of a month or two. Not for the sandals but for your feet. Most feet aren't used to having the little separators between each toe and you have to start out slowly by only wearing them a few minutes a day at first and then work up to more time from there, until you can wear them all day and they feel great. I've been through 3 pair now because over time and wear one of the little toe separators will come loose or break. Mine usually last a bout two to three years before needing to be replaced but I wear them a lot. Whenever I get home, my shoes come off and the yoga sandals go on. Sometimes I will wear them for a quick trip to the store but they are mostly worn around the house and yard at home.

Great!
I have several pairs of toe sandals, and these are by far my favorites. They seem sturdier and more able to last that the others, and they are nicer looking. The posts are thicker, and while they take a bit more getting used to, they are actually more comfortable and more effective in the long run than the usual elastic bands that are on toe sandals. You really can tell a difference in leg and back pain after you acclimate to these sandals. (Note that you may feel worse for a day or two,but if you persevere it will be worth it.) I can go up and down the stairs without pain now, and before I whined the whole way.

**NO Stars here Please**
Years ago I purchased yoga sandals(named:spa sandals back then) & they were Heaven under your feet. These yoga sandals were not true to the size medium & they were extremely painful. In all fairness to Beauty Drawer who states: "Be patient, perserve 10 minutes a day will transform your feet, as the saying goes- everything that is good for you always hurts a little!" Word for word their instructions. If you do purchase, here's the instructions you'll get later if you do need to return the product. 1.Return with 30 days of receipt. Merchandise maybe returned only if unopened/sealed & in new condition(used). {Hence if you open the package you now own it}.2. If your return is delivered to us later than 30 days from the day you received the product, your package will be rejected. Moving onto instructions #8. 20% Restocking Fee will apply, shipping & handling charges are not refundable.9. When the merchandise is received & inspected we will refund your money.

It is like a hard bead on a string and the edges ...
The material between the toes is uncomfortable. It is like a hard bead on a string and the edges are sharp. I've gotten used to it but I am never really comfortable in them. The footbed is good. Also the main strap is nicely padded.

Best flip flops ever!
I love these "yoga toe" sandals. Some people call them "pedicure" sandals and they are great for that as well! Each toe is kept separate by a stretchy band, covered in a soft plastic for your comfort. The top "slide" is also soft plastic foam and the sole is thick rubber with a slight arc for support. Unlike regular flip flops, these sandals are well cushioned and keep your feet in an ideal position for walking or standing because of the separation of your toes. Your weight is evenly distributed on your feet. Ideal for anyone with arc support issues and back pain!

yoga feet
Mt mom has the same feet as I. She has these in all colors and has loved these shoes for years. I purchased the black as I thought that would be better if I wanted to wear them for work or for winter yoga classes. The first day I thought I'd have them on for a couple of hours but wore them the whole day. Had to pry my toes apart to wear at first but now can slip on without hands. Yoga toes here I come-- which means no hammer toes in the future.
