this device is no joke. I have a job rounding thw corners if sign blanks made out of 1m8" ACM (plastic with aluminum skin on both sides) i had 100-s of these and was doing them by hand on a disk sander. qith thia tool i can do 10 blanks in the time it took me to do 1 before and the corners are perfect with no sanding needed. I have done over 150 blanks (600 corners) and it is still cuts as clean as the first time I used it.

This cutter machine is great and cuts through 6-ply mat board. Its a nice heavy duty machine and easy to setup and use.

I used this to round the corners for a small booklet. It was very easy to use and die the job well. The quality of the cut was excellent. Size & weight were good for packing away until I needed it again.

This gadget makes crafting easier. I can order pointy cornered metal or chipboards and then trim them myself at the end of my project the cuts are clean and the device is easy to use. Not too heavy and not too light, I store it under my craft table when not in use.

I ran a quick test today, it rounds a stack of paper edges fairly well. The rounded corner has slight deviations depending on their location in the stack. Flipping the stack then cutting the same corner again makes the round corners a bit more equal on the stack. It's a great machine, simple yet sturdy.

Difficult to align and get the cut that you want. Once you have the guide plates in place, tightening the screws will cause them to shift. This makes this process nearly impossible to get right. It should have gauges or a grooved insert or something that prevents this from happening. Otherwise, it would be a nightmare every time it needs to be adjusted.

So I couldn't find out a way to reach out to this store because I normally don't like to complain but I should have listened to the other reviews I saw that said changing the blade is impossible. There's only written instructions so you don't know what you're doing if you're not an expert, then I found a video and did it exactly and it will not cut. I've spent several hours trying to preserver and get it to work but not possible. Very disappointed I could only use for 5 months :(
