I have sensitive skin, and I was careful when choosing a derma roller. After using the REAL NEEDLE Advanced Derma Roller consistently and gently, I can say it feels comfortable and well-designed. The 0.18mm ultrafine needles are especially good for sensitive areas. The roller moves smoothly without scratching or causing irritation, as long as it’s used with light pressure. The titanium needles feel high quality and sturdy. I like that it’s easy to handle and that it fits well into a simple skincare routine. I USE IT ONCE A WEEK. Going to bump up to every 5 days Watch videos. DO. NOT. USE. IT. ON DRY. SKIN. ( NAY NAY!!) Wash your face. Leave wet. (Clean tool with alcohol.) WITH CLEAN HANDS, Apply favorite moisturizing SERUM. Keep Applying as you roll! Your skin will absorb it better!! ** I clean it with peroxide after mouth / lips. Then move on to cheeks/ eye area/ bunny nose, forehead. **. THEN I ADD A DIFFERENT SERUM, AND VITAMIN C CREAM AND MY FAVORITE RETINOL. I'm 47, I LOOK 30. determined not to ever look my age. So I also use a little Estrodil cream a few times a week on my face. 😁 The Key Is ... Understand your Skin. But THIS ITEM ABSOLUTELY WORKS. . I also recommend Dr. Rajani videos, and FACE YOGA. DAILY. And the 2003 book THE SEXY YEARS by Susan Summers. Don't sleep on that book.

This microneedling roller is very nice. It comes with a very sturdy case. I highly recommend it.

This roller seems to be good quality. I just wanted to give some insight on the process and healing. I’ve only done it once so I can’t really comment on all of the skin improvements (which require more than one treatment I gather.) I didn’t realize that the treatment would be so irritating and that the healing would take so long. I was gentle and read a lot about how to do the rolling. I don’t think I overdid it, but my skin was so intensely itchy the night after I did it that I couldn’t sleep. By 48 hours after most of the irritation was gone, but then my skin was kind of broken out and covered in bumps for about a week. Not like hives or an allergic reaction, and not very visible after the first few days, but my skin just didn’t look very smooth with all the micro injuries from the needles. (But that’s what’s supposed to create the collagen production so…) I used only hyuleronic acid and calming moisturizer for that week, after which my skin started to go back to normal, maybe a bit smoother, but no dramatic results yet. Not sure if I have it in me to stick to it to find out. I think considering the healing and my research I would only do this maximum once every month or 2. (This is the .5 mm needle.)

I bought the 0.30mm version and it’s been exactly what I wanted. It has a light “tingle” but isn’t painful, and it rolls smoothly without snagging as long as you use gentle pressure. After a few uses my skin feels smoother and my products absorb better. It also feels well-made and easy to control, which matters when you’re using it on your face. Just be consistent and keep it clean (disinfect before/after).

I’m so impressed with this Angel Kiss derma roller. The real needles glide smoothly and feel professional, not flimsy like others I’ve tried. After just a few uses, my skin already looks smoother and more refreshed. It’s easy to sanitize and feels sturdy in my hand. If you’re serious about microneedling at home, this is a must-have. Five stars all the way!

I was really pleased with it and even bought a second one for my partner. Real needles and good smooth rolling. Real company, at least the customer support was the fastest I've had in a while. Needles, they're real and I'm glad I did the research there. Can't speak about the length but I do use it super lightly on my face, just enough for it to roll and wouldn't recommend any harder than that anyway for any micro needling. Clear roller as well so you know what's happening inside. One of the rollers was faulty and after some time the rolling got stiff and building something inside, customer support was super helpful and sent a replacement.
