I was really pleased with it and even bought a second one for my partner. Real needles and good smooth rolling. Real company, at least the customer support was the fastest I've had in a while. Needles, they're real and I'm glad I did the research there. Can't speak about the length but I do use it super lightly on my face, just enough for it to roll and wouldn't recommend any harder than that anyway for any micro needling. Clear roller as well so you know what's happening inside. One of the rollers was faulty and after some time the rolling got stiff and building something inside, customer support was super helpful and sent a replacement.
